Packing and Loading Tips
Packing tips
Good packaging and carefully prepared, well that’s the best way to reduce the risk of breakage and ease of handling during removal. You will find in the range-LINE CARTON a selection of products for the packaging of all items, books, linens and clothing in your home. All are equipped with carrying handles for easy handling. Make sure you have enough and do not hesitate to start preparing the package in advance, starting with the things you use less frequently.
Mounting boxes
To mount your boxes start by closing the bottom, ie the logo-LINE CARTON backwards. First fold the two small flaps and then fold the 2 largest over without crossing. Apply a length of adhesive along the entire length of the slot, taking care to make up about 10 cm on the sides of the carton, to consolidate, then apply one or two lengths of adhesive across. Turn the carton, it is now ready for use. Be sure to completely fill your boxes with no empty space inside, to avoid the crash, if not overwhelm it with crumpled paper. Close the top in the same way as the bottom.
The identification of cartons
Remember to indicate the destination room using the grid location, and note the contents of the carton on its side with permanent marker so you can read even if the box is stacked.
Tables
Lift tables and coasters, protect them with bubble wrap, you can also, if their size permits, drag the table inside a cardboard unassembled standard used as a sheath.
Lamps and chandeliers
Unscrew the lampshades, protect them with bubble wrap and bundle them into a carton in combination with each other and pack separately lamp bases in bubble wrap and cardboard separately. After cutting off the electricity before removing the chandeliers and sconces, leaving one with a bulb socket for successors.
Empty furniture
It is best to empty the drawers of the furniture and leave them in place. You can make an exception for small furniture strong enough with items which are not fragile (small children or convenient bedside cabinets)
Disassembly and marking furniture
Gather the necessary tools: screwdrivers, various sizes, Phillips, hammer, pliers, spanners for furniture purchased in kit, drift punch, etc..
You must remove bulky furniture that does not pass through doors or directly (cabinets, living rooms, libraries etc.)..
Before starting to dismantle, take care to identify the signs: up / down, right / left, you save valuable time on arrival. To locate cut pieces of adhesive label used on which you can write with a permanent marker. Carefully set aside the screws, keys, pins that will be required to refit, fold them in bubble wrap secured with tape over part of the furniture in question, so you’re sure to find them on arrival. If you do not have protective covers, we recommend that you pack the panels of fine furniture with bubble wrap.

We end the row by loading height lighter items such as chairs, light boxes and so on. The panels were disassembled furniture loaded on the truck side, leaning against the inside of the van and blocked with furniture or attached with the strap. Continue on row by row. Keep the end, garden furniture, the contents of the cellar and attic and green plants!
